Kingery Construction was selected as the construction manager for the new construction of the Seward Middle School. The school is designed on a pod concept, where each grade level has its own division. The new structure includes new classrooms, offices, computer labs, a cafeteria, a commons area and a gymnasium. The facility also includes an energy-efficient underground geothermal heating and cooling system. |
